Alex,

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I've been going back and forth on this internally and I think we're getting closer to a decision. Our Q2 budget was approved last week — we have $85,000 allocated for this, though I'd prefer to come in under that if possible.

The one thing I keep coming back to is the integration with Salesforce. We had a nightmare with our last vendor (DataSync) where the integration broke every time they pushed an update. I need to know this won't happen to us again. Can you get me something in writing about your SLA for integration stability?

Also — and this is important — our CTO Marcus needs to be involved before we sign anything. He's traveling through March 20th so realistically we're looking at a decision the week of the 24th at the earliest.

The team genuinely liked the demo last Thursday. A few people mentioned they'd been hoping we'd find something like this.

Really glad the demo landed well. I'll get you the SLA documentation by end of week.

On the Salesforce integration — we have 200+ active customers on that connector and our uptime has been 99.94% over the last 18 months. I'll include the audit report in the SLA doc.

Happy to schedule a call with Marcus when he's back. Would the week of the 24th work for a 30-minute technical review?
